Peach Study

Description

This original gouache painting was inspired from an image in a magazine. I kept the basic layout but increased the volume of the peach wall colour and added the bright patterned lampshades and changed the colour of the chair.

Winsor and Newton gouache

on 300gsm watercolour paper

and a little pencil for some extra details with some acrylic paint for the gold details

paper size 20.7 x 24.8cm (same as image size)

Note:

As this is an original painting, it should be placed behind glass and not in direct light to protect from excessive fading.
