The Humble Jam Jar Will Do

Description

‘The Humble Jam Jar Will Do’ is an original pencil drawing from a reference photo of pink tulips and bluebells in a clear glass jam jar.

I have used a combination of Derwent Chromaflow and Prismacolor pencils on Strathmore 400 series tan tone paper with some Unipin fineliner in sepia for outlines.

I don’t like wasting materials, so there is a failed drawing on the other side of this piece (see pic) which doesn’t show through to the front at all. It’s part of the art journey!

Paper Size is roughly 18 x 22.5cm

Image size is perfect fit for a standard 14 x 19 cm mount opening (as shown in pic).

The frame and mount are not for sale.
