The Collector’s Room

Description

‘The Collector’s Room’ is an original watercolour painting based on a reference photo of Henriette von Stockhausen’s showroom for VSP Interiors showroom at Westland Antiques, London. Henriette wanted the room to have a ‘collected’ feel as if it were in a real home. Leaning into the classical British style elements, I have added a very simple tricolour stripe border and left the rest of the paper blank.

I have used Kuretake and Winsor and Newton watercolours, Unipin fineliner, a little white posca pen, on Arches 300gsm cold press watercolour paper.

Painting image size 16.5 x 21.5cm (6.4 x 8.4 inches)
