Summer Dahlias

Description

‘Summer Dahlias’ is an original watercolour painting from a reference photo of a vignette in the home of UK painter, SJ Axelby.

I have used Kuretake watercolour, black Unipin fineliner, white posca pen, and some watercolour pencil on Arches 300gsm watercolour paper.

This piece is painted on the reverse of an experimental landscape watercolour (see pic). You can’t see anything of the image on the back front as Arches paper is so lovely and thick.

The painting is 12 x 17cm.

Selling unframed.
