Have Yourself a Very Pink Christmas

‘Have Yourself a Very Pink Christmas’ is an original watercolour painting based on reference photo, with added details and of course, a bright pink border in a patchwork pattern with gold detailed stars.

For this painting I have used Kuretake watercolours, Unipin fineliner, white posca pen on Arches 300gsm watercolour paper. I have used my favourite shimmery Lisilinka watercolours to create a truly festive glittery effect – ‘crystal silver’ on the white tree, and crystal gold watercolour the baubles, the nutcrackers, the inner scallop border and the gold details on the pink border. The Lisilinka watercolours do not need to be in direct sunlight to glisten and look fantastic at night under lights. It is deliciously bright and pink!

Painting size is 29.7 x 42cm (11.69 x 16.35 inches). It is painted right up to the edge of the paper.

Selling unframed and unmatted.
