Description

‘Contemporary Classic’ is an original watercolour painting from a photo of a Kit Kemp designed room, which marries the classic structural elements of the interior with an eclectic contemporary style featuring both large and small patterns and a bold colour palette. I have surrounded the scene with a series of different sized borders, echoing the colours of the interior itself.

I have used Kuretake watercolours, Unipin fineliner, and white posca on Arches 300gsm watercolour paper.

Painting measures 20 x 29cm (7.87 x 11.4 inches)

Paper size is 29.7 x 42cm (A3), (11.69 x 16.53 inches).

Selling unframed.

Note: As this is an original piece of art, avoid hanging in direct sunlight to prevent excessive fading.
