Sweet Dreams

Description

‘Sweet Dreams’ is a watercolour painting based on a photo reference of a room designed by Nicola Harding using Lewis and Wood Patchwork collection of fabrics and wallpaper, which was inspired by the American Museum and gardens. The emphasis on folk art and patchwork patterns harks back to a time of simple home made art as part of daily life.

I have used Kuretake watercolours, Unipin fineliner and a little Posca pen on the borders, on Arches 300gsm cold press watercolour paper.
