‘Barbie Would Love It’ is an original framed watercolour painting based on reference photo in a naive style.

I have painted this piece using watercolour pencils, Unipin black fineliner, and white posca pen on Arches 300gsm watercolour paper. For additional sparkle, I used my favourite Lisilinka crystal gold watercolour on the border and on a few details in the room. See pic of the painting held at an angle to see a little of the sparkle.

It’s in a little vintage gold frame I found second-hand, and just suits the sparkle of this little child-like room. It comes with the original clear glass, and I have attached hanging hardware and wire on the back so it’s all ready to hang on the wall.

21.5 x 26.5cm (8.4 x 10.4 inches) including frame.
