Description

‘Designed to Inspire’ is an original watercolour painting from a reference photo, bursting with colour and pattern, with a similarly bright patterned border.

I have used Kuretake watercolour on Arches 300gsm cold press watercolour paper, Unipin black fineliner and white posca pen.

This piece is painted in the reverse of an experimental watercolour painting (see pic). You cannot see anything from the front, as Arches paper is so thick. However, because of this ‘defect’, this piece is heavily discounted.

19.5 x 23cm (border goes right up the edge of the paper. See gallery for a wide-shot pic of this piece.

Note: Display this piece away from direct sunlight to prevent excessive fading.
