Red Stripey Armchair

Description

This original gouache painting was inspired from an image in a magazine. I kept the basic layout but significantly changed the colours and patterns for a bolder take on ‘granny chic’ or ‘cottage chic’.

Winsor and Newton gouache on 300gsm watercolour paper, and a little pencil for some extra details.

14.5 x 20.5cm (5.7 x 8 inches)

Selling unframed.

As this is an original painting, it should be placed behind glass and not in direct light to protect from excessive fading.
