Grand-Millennial Granny Chic

Description

‘Grand Millennial Granny Chic’ is an original gouache painting inspired by an image in a magazine. In the original image everything in the room was white except for the roses. I wanted to bump up the colour volume, so added the pink walls and wallpaper design, purple daybed and flooring for a grand-millennial maximalist look.

Winsor and Newton gouache on 300gsm watercolour paper.

Paper size 20.5 x 28.8cm (8.07 x 11.3 inches) (painting goes right up to the edges of the paper).

Note:

As this is an original painting, it should be placed behind glass and not in direct light to protect from excessive fading.
