Green Walls and Orange Gingham

Description

An original gouache painting from a reference image. Although I kept the composition the same, I introduced colours to increase the colour volume of the piece, and added the orange gingham add to the jaunty country vibe.

Winsor and Newton gouache

On Arches cold press 300gsm watercolour paper

Paper size 14 x 21cm (same as image size)

It should be noted that this painting has a ‘draft play version’ on the reverse, which is not visible from the ‘good’ side.

Note:

As this is an original painting, it should be placed behind glass and not in direct light to protect from excessive fading.

Although all care is taken to ensure colours/textures are accurately reflected in the images, monitors do differ in their colour representation. Please be advised therefore, that the product may appear slightly different in real life than how it looked on your monitor.
